The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several laws of Ukraine on the social protection of the homeless”

The law establishes that the organization of providing social services for the homeless, taking measures, according to the law, in order to prevent homelessness of the people belong to the competence of executive bodies of city, township and village councils.

Respective draft resolution is registered under No. 0869.
